IBM zNext Variety Show

I led the art direction of a set design emulating a late-night talk show — encompassing furniture, lighting, props, and stage layout — and then managed multiple vendors who helped execute it. Though the final design is sleek and minimal, it took an incredible amount of work to transform a dingy theater into a beautiful, film-ready set. The labor is all in the details for this one: finding the appropriate easy-install flooring, determining exact measurements for each piece of plexiglass to cover the riser platforms, continuously cleaning the plexiglass to ensure it stayed spotless, and purchasing the correct hardware to install the IBM Z sign.
